Amar Shokeen – Chief Executive Officer

Amar has 30+ years of business leadership experience. He built his foundations during executive roles at blue-chip Indian corporations, including HCL Information Systems, CMC and Air India, before migrating to the United States. As a president of this company, Amar’s strengths as a leader come from his strong sense of entrepreneurship and value creation, which have provided the strategic vision to grow the company to where it is today. Amar’s strong educational background gives him the tools needed to provide leadership to RJT Compuquest.

Amar graduated from St. John’s college in India with a Bachelors in Science and continued his education by earning his MBDA from Dartmouth College’s Tuck School of Business in 2005. In early 2010, Amar completed the Owner President Management (OPM) program at Harvard Business School. Amar is also an avid reader and world traveler, learning all that he can from the places he has been.

Rita Shokeen – Chief Financial Officer

Rita is the CFO of RJT Compuquest, Inc. In 1996 she began placing computer system engineers and developers into temporary positions. Starting from nothing, Rita has built the company up into a highly sophisticated recruiting and project-management operation with technical capabilities in SAP, Oracle and other applications. Rita’s management role includes all recruiting, immigration and strategic alliances. RJT’s strong recruiting arm now extends across the country and around the world with offices in Chicago, Dallas and Delhi, India thanks to Rita’s vision and determination. Rita’s depth of experience and innumerable industry relationships also puts her at the forefront of sales, consulting and recruiting requirements throughout the company.

Rita earned both her Bachelor’s degree from St. Stephen’s College and MBA degree in India and completed doctoral studies in strategic planning from Kent State University. After a successful career in sales and marketing in India, she immigrated to the United States in 1994.

Susan Knox – President of SAP Division

Susan is the President of the SAP Division of RJT located in Irvine, CA.  Susan has 15+ years of management experience in successfully building multimillion-dollar organizations in highly competitive markets. She formally worked as a Vice President of Sales at SAP, and has a wide range of experience in the software industry holding management roles at leading technology companies including eTelecare, Siebel, Oracle and IBM. Susan attended Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana, where she holds a Bachelor of Science in Quantitative Business Analysis.

  Greg Clarke – Senior Vice President of Services

Greg has over 20 years of SAP implementation and program management experience, and was a former Vice President of Services Sales at SAP. He has a wide range of experience in the software industry and has held management roles at SAP and other SAP partners. Greg also has a vast amount of experience in managing successful SAP deployments from the small startups to large multi-national corporations.

Mark Shmagin – Vice President of Operations, Finance & Legal

Mark Shmagin is RJT’s Vice President of Operations, Finance and Legal.  He first joined the firm in 2009, with responsibility for finance, accounting, H.R., IT, legal matters and general operations (US and India).  Mark began his career in commercial & international banking, especially balance sheet & cash-flow financing, international trade finance and asset-based deals.  In 1994, he entered the private sector, working 9 years as CFO for one of California’s largest packaging manufacturers and distributors.  His work there included dozens of due diligence assignments including an industry roll-up, buy-side acquisitions, joint ventures and a sell-side assignment.  In 2003, Mark joined Goodwill Industries as their COO where he started up several subsidiary operations in manufacturing and recycling.  From 2006 through 2009, Mark worked independently, providing interim and project-based consulting for small businesses including M&A, turnarounds, and strategic initiatives.  Mark is well versed in all aspects of finance, operations, administration and back-office management.  He also has extensive business forecasting and strategic planning experience.

Mark received his MBA degree from the University of Southern California and his Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles.  On game day, he wears cardinal and blue.

Fred Degley – Vice President SAP Practice

Fred Degley is a seasoned IT professional with over 20 years of experience in software sales and implementation. Fred was VP of Marketing Services during the early days of Tustin based software and computer manufacturer, MAI Basic Four. In the mid-90s he moved into the SAP ecosystem serving as the director of the SAP practice for Metamor Worldwide. Today, Fred continues to work in the SAP ecosystem as the Vice President of the RJT SAP Practice.

Fred studied business and international economics at the University of Colorado in Boulder. On weekends he keeps himself busy with family activities and long rides up the coast on his Harley.

Alan Gaddis – Vice President of Sales for SAP Practice

Alan Gaddis is a seasoned IT professional with over 15 years of experience in the IT/ERP space and the SAP ecosystem. Gaddis served as the director of business development for Metamor Enterprises Solutions prior to joining RJT in 2001 as the senior director of business development. In 2005 he took over as VP of Consulting Services where he spent more than 4 years building and developing a robust and highly experienced SAP consulting team which has delivered several successful projects and implementations. Today, as the VP of Sales for RJT, Alan oversees an experienced sales team working to develop new business opportunities.

Alan grew up in Southern California, and graduated from Princeton University in 1984. He spent more than 10 years in the travel industry before transitioning into IT in 1998. Alan keeps himself busy with the sports, theater and recreational activities of his four children.

Mayur Shah – EVP Strategic Sales and Delivery

Mayur Shah is a 30 year high technology and software industry veteran. He began his career at Intel, Promis Systems and Consilium before beginning a nine tenure at SAP where he was instrumental in helping SAP transition to an e-business company and helped grow SAP into a successful private and public exchange software company.

Most recently he sold his successful SAP ERP reseller and services company Caarma to Bramasol, where he continued to serve as executive vice president of strategic solutions. Today, Shah serves as the executive vice president of strategic sales and delivery for RJT Compuquest. He is responsible for services sales in large, strategic opportunities as well as delivery of services and infrastructure.

Mayur holds a MS degree in Chemical Engineering from San Jose State University with graduate work in Business Administration. He also holds an undergraduate degree in Chemical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Varanasi in India.

Vas Ewert – Senior Director Business Solutions

Vas Ewert has over 19 years of experience in SAP ERP information systems consulting in the US. Ewert has worked for Price Waterhouse’s (now IBM) SAP consulting practice providing consulting services for multinational fortune 500 telecommunication companies, high-tech companies and consumer products companies. She has also served as project manager through several enterprise-wide SAP implementations of supply chain processes. In recent years, she has managed multiple implementations of SAP products including All-in-One, SuccessFactors and Business ByDesign. Today, Ewert serves as senior director of business solutions for RJT Compuquest where her responsibilities include overseeing and guiding project managers, consultants, and client relationships.

Ms. Ewert has a master’s degree in Business Administration from the French business school, Institute of Superior de Gestion. She is married with two children, and recently her passion for cooking took her to Paris for a culinary class.

Sean Brown – Senior Sales Executive

Sean Brown is an experienced IT professional with more than 20 years of experience in direct sales, sales management and channel development for established and emerging information technology companies. Brown’s industry experience includes life sciences, media/entertainment, manufacturing and automotive.

Sean began his journey in the SAP ecosystem at Metamor Worldwide in the late-90s. However, he has spent the last 15 years at RJT Compuquest. Today, he a senior Sales Executive for the RJT SAP team where he translates complex technical needs into business solutions for IT executives, helping companies bring in the right skill set and experience to bridge business needs and evolving technology platforms.

Brown also recognizes the importance of future generations in IT and has mentored high school students from for 15 years as well as coaching college graduates in their job search and life transition.
