Amar Shokeen – Founder, President/Chief Executive Officer
Amar has 30+ years of business leadership experience. He built his foundations during executive roles at blue-chip Indian corporations, including HCL Information Systems, CMC and Air India, before migrating to the United States. As a founder of this company, Amar’s strengths as a leader come from his strong sense of entrepreneurship and value creation, which have provided the strategic vision to grow the company to where it is today. Amar’s strong educational background gives him the tools needed to provide leadership to RJT Compuquest.
Amar graduated from St. John’s college in India with a Bachelors in Science and continued his education by earning his MBDA from Dartmouth College’s Tuck School of Business in 2005. In early 2010, Amar completed the Owner President Management (OPM) program at Harvard Business School. Amar is also an avid reader and world traveler, learning all that he can from the places he has been.
Rita Shokeen – Founder, Executive Vice President
Rita is the founder of RJT Compuquest, Inc. In 1996 she began placing computer system engineers and developers into temporary positions. Starting from nothing, Rita has built the company up into a highly sophisticated recruiting and project-management operation with technical capabilities in SAP, Oracle and other applications. Rita’s management role includes all recruiting, immigration and strategic alliances. RJT’s strong recruiting arm now extends across the country and around the world with offices in Chicago, Dallas and Delhi, India thanks to Rita’s vision and determination. Rita’s depth of experience and innumerable industry relationships also puts her at the forefront of sales, consulting and recruiting requirements throughout the company.
Rita earned both her Bachelor’s degree from St. Stephen’s College and MBA degree in India and completed doctoral studies in strategic planning from Kent State University. After a successful career in sales and marketing in India, she immigrated to the United States in 1994.
Fred Degley – Senior Vice President, SAP Practice
Fred has over 30 years of experience in the information technology industry. He has an extremely broad background including consulting services, marketing services, domestic and international dealer operations, direct sales and sales management. Specifically, Fred has over sixteen years experience in the SAP industry, ranging from direct sales of software and services to overall practice management. Fred attended the University of Colorado majoring in Economics. When he’s not in the office, he’s on his Harley heading north.
Ajit Dixit – Vice President of Operations and Finance
Ajit started his career in academia as faculty at the Miami University’s School of Business Administration for a period of four years. Thereafter, Ajit had several finance leadership positions at Fortune 500 multinationals including Baxter International, Amgen, Medtronic and most recently as Vice President, Corporate Finance at Allergan. He joined the RJT Compuquest in 2011 taking over responsibility for finance, accounting, H.R., IT, collections, legal matters and general operations.
Ajit has a bachelor’s degree from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) and a MBA from Miami University.
Lee Palmer – Vice President of Sales
Lee is responsible for all sales functions at RJT. Prior to joining RJT, Lee has worked in ERP application solutions and consulting for over 30 years. He has both mid-market and large accounts, and has a breadth of experience in specifying multiple applications. Much of Lee’s ERP experience has been with distribution, software and manufacturing companies. These companies products range from Food and Beverage to High Tech, from Software to CPG, and from Capital Equipment to Med Device. He excels at taking complex business problems and mapping them to easy to understand software solutions.
Alan Gaddis – Vice President, Business Development
Alan joined RJT in 2001, and has played an instrumental role in the establishment and building of the SAP Practice. He spent the first 5 years in Sales, cultivating an impressive list of fast-growing and loyal clients throughout the Western US. He then served 4 years as VP of Delivery for RJT.s SAP group, overseeing all projects, and providing leadership to the consultant group. Alan has just recently moved back into the Sales arena, working in collaboration with customers and prospects who want to grow out their SAP footprint.
Alan grew up in Southern California, and graduated from Princeton University in 1984. He spent more than 10 years in the travel industry before transitioning into IT in 1998. Alan keeps himself busy with the sports, theater and recreational activities of his four young children.
Hendrik Gerryts – Vice President of Consulting Services
Hendrik has over 17 years experience in implementing and managing SAP projects. He has experience in various industries, including pharmaceutical, wholesale, software, automotive, retail, manufacturing, media, engineering, construction and operations, with 18 years of international industry familiarity. He was responsible for managing various projects, leading professional consultants, and delivering projects (including customer support, offshore and onshore). In his roles he has provided strategic direction for the SAP BI practice and to customers regarding their SAP and IT strategies. He has strong communication and project team management skills, and is also highly recognized as a SAP trainer and executive advisor. Hendrik has a Cost and Management Accounting Degree from South Africa.
